Our charity tries to find worthy causes (usually involving the ethnic minority hill tribes of Northern Thailand) which are not addressed by the mainstream charities. We set up pilot projects and then try to get funding to enable successful pilots to become sustainable, growing programmes.

Make a US tax-deductible donation
If you are in the United States and desire your donation to be tax deductible we have two options: Friends of Thailand (FoT) or Global Giving. Global Giving is a charity that fundraises for organizations (they do collect a 10% administration fee). Friends of Thailand is a US registered 501(c)3 so all deductions of greater than $250 are tax-deductable. FoT is a partner organization that has agreed to accept donations on KLDF's behalf then transfer the money to KLDF with no administration fee. If giving through FoT please remember to mark/label the donation as intended for KLDF.
In all cases except Global Giving there is no administration fee. If you would like to make a regular donation, please contact us at Khomloy@khomloy.org and we can send you a standing order form.
